Nickel Alloy 625+, Carpenter Custom Age 625 Plus® Alloy

Alloy 625+ is a precipitation-hardenable alloy, with a nickel-base. Also sold under the brand name Carpenter Custom Age 625 Plus® Alloy, Alloy 625+ offers users a number of unique benefits including:

  • Exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking
  • Performance in severely corrosive environments
  • Good protection against general pitting and crevice corrosion

In order to be considered Alloy 625+, an alloy must contain a certain chemical composition:

  • Ni 59-63%
  • Cr 19-22%
  • Mo 7-9.50%
  • Cb 2.75-4%
  • Ti 1-1.60%
  • Si 0.20%
  • Mn 0.20%

Alloy 625+ can be sourced by Continental Steel in wide variety of shapes and forms including, bar, rounds, strip, wire, and billet.

As with everything we supply, the various forms of Alloy 625+ meet critical industrial standards from organizations like UNS, NACE, ASTM, and AMS.
